We offer a mix of: Preloved = worn and loved before Ex-rental = items that have been used through baby rental services and now are looking for a new home Open box returns = returned to the brand unused but might have a damaged box or no labels Surplus and Samples = items from past collections or designs that didn't make the core collection We will always describe any wear/tear or any other details of the condition. Imperfections or signs of wear can be expected on products due to the nature of our store. This is why we can offer you a discount on the recommended retail price (RRP).
