You might be wondering where these items come from and how this aligns to our ethos...let us tell you. We partner with retail companies to help them reduce their waste. When people return products to stores, it is often too much of a faff to put them back on the shelves for another customer to buy. This is because the packaging might be damaged, the labels slightly ripped, no original box etc. But the products themselves, well, they're in perfect condition! Some companies leave these items in a warehouse to gather dust, incinerate them or send them to landfill. Horrid isn't it?! We’re doing our best to help that change. We collect these products from the retailers, list them on Octopus Club and help them live a life they might have never had. Together we are disrupting the status quo. Now, go grab them!
