We used these when our youngest had nappy leaks nearly every night and these stopped that completely. Just pop the main nappy on and then cover it with the wrap. Liners can be put into the nappy but are optional. The nappies are in good condition but have been well used and have been washed and dried many times! From a smoke and pet free home.
