If you like to have some sort of structure in your life - read this book. We have followed all Gina's books and it made so much difference. Babies slept well and we knew exactly when to feed them, when to put them down for naps etc. Also, it was so easy to pass the routine to babysitting grandparents or nannies. Would highly recommend if you like routine and structure. Fairly used condition as I would refer to it so much during pregnancy and after baby was born!
