Splash About swim pants. Lots of swim schools including ours mandate a swim nappy until age 4. This size has been bought for my over-size 3 year old as an emergency pair for a lesson where we forgot ours and had a choice of big again or no swim! As a result they have been worn for 30 mins and are like new. If you aren’t familiar the fit is snug and usually worn under a swim suit. They’re something to pass the swim school criteria rather than a comfy/stylish swimsuit!!!!!
