Natra Cure Gel Cool Socks UK size 5 to 8

Socks with gel pads that you can put in the fridge ​/​ freezer​,​ I found these to be a lifesaver when I was pregnant as my feet got so hot (and I wasn’t even heavily pregnant in the summer) and nothing was cooling them down. I used to keep these in the freezer and after a few minutes wear my feet would have cooled right down. Please note that you cannot walk in these. There are additional safety instructions on the gel pads themselves. They can also be used as heat packs. I don’t know whether they are effective for that use as I didn’t use them for that. Included is both socks and two lots of long gel pads and two small gel pads (I’ve only photographed one set of the pads). You’ll see on the pictures that one of the socks looks bigger than the other and that is because it has the gel pads in it. They are a size small​/​medium which is from a UK size 5 to 8.
