Medela Supplementry Nursing System. It's basically to help baby get back to breastfeeding, whether they've been in NICU, or struggled to latch and were bottle fed and mum now wants to try again with Breastfeeding. We bought it as our daughter had a tongue tie and she just wasn't having any of it, we combi fed her with formula and expressed milk and by 4 weeks she was fully back on the boob. We used it twice but I would honestly say it's with its weight in gold. I don't think any amount of words can express how amazing this was for us
