Brand new, never used but I don’t have the cellophane it came in. We didn’t end up using it as we went straight to the bigger version of the Stokke cot. This mattress fits the Stokke cot when it’s in the smaller version ie Stokke Mini Crib. The Little Green sheep specialise in natural materials ie no plastic or nasties so v good for baby
