It is also great for tummy time thanks to padded base at the borders. It's also really easy to wash the base of playmat in washing machine and it comes off the washing almost already dry because of practical material. !IMPORTANT! Light up sun doesn't work properly (when you put batteries in lights are on all the time and don't switch off when your turn switch to "off" position). We bought playmat like that from Mamas and Papas and weren't bothered to request replacement as it wasn't a big issue for us. Other than that playmat and all toys are in perfect working condition.
