I never used this device as our child eventually started settling and sleeping fine​,​ but at the time of purchasing we were desperate for it. I did all my research and it came out the best by far. It is brand new​,​ but I don't have the original packaging unfortunately​,​ but I have found all instructions for its use​,​ online. It was not used at all​,​ so it is still in perfect condition.
