The Ergopouch butterfly cardigan is designed to aid the transition from swaddle to arms out sleeping bags when your baby shows signs of rolling. It helps baby feel secure but gives some freedom of movement to the arms if they roll onto their front. You can then start by bringing one arm out at a time. It is designed to fit over - sleeping bag and is very lightweight so does not add too much additional tog rating.
