I absolutely loved using Elvie breast pump as it gave me the chance to pump while looking after my little one without being attached to a pump and its accessories. Also it's silent! A big plus when your little one is sleeping. Comes with the original packaging. Included in the box are: x2 unused brand new bottles x2 brand new storage lids x2 brand new 21mm breast shields x1 used spout and x1 brand new spout x2 used valves x2 used seals x2 brand new bra adjusters x1 USB charging cable Note: Elvie customer care service recommends either cold water sterilisation or boiling a pan of water and sterilising in that pan for 5 minutes max. I used to sterilise all parts in my Tommy Tippee steam machine but it caused warping of some parts which is the reason I requested Elvie to replace them.
