Double Elvie wearable electric breast pump. I bought this before giving birth and then the second once she’d arrived as it was super efficient​,​ but hardly got any use out of them due to being home with my baby for almost the entire first year whilst she was feeding (covid)! Wearable in-bra​,​ pretty quiet & about as subtle as pumping gets! Comes with everything pictured - 2 sizes of breast shields​,​ 2 milk bottles with lids​,​ 2 valves etc plus bra extenders​,​ chargers and original box​/​bags​/​manuals. (Note - One pump has very slight colour change to the hub button area as pictured​,​ but works perfectly)
