The cover I'm selling it with is brand new as I kept this as a spare. I used the original cover it came with (not included). Comes with the original storage case. Hands down THE best pregnancy/nursing pillow out there. Absolutely LOVED it. So versatile, soft and comfy. If we had a bigger bed, I'd totally be keeping mine. 💔 My 3 year old thought it was a fun 'snake' 🤷🏻
