Black patent leather boots for toddlers - size 23. In excellent condition​,​ only general wear and tear and little scuffs on toes (refer pics). Fastens with side zip (making them easy to get on) and Velcro strap at the front. Love heart details on leather around toe. They look very smart and are very well-made. Italian leather and nice cushioned soles.
